  Great service and great prices! We originally purchased a number of chairs from Crandall back in 2015 for a new office space that we had. They had a lot of options to choose from and were so helpful. Now a year in we realized our other chairs needed some repairs. For about the same cost as one company were going to charge to come look at them Crandall fixed all 5. I worked with David both times and he is friendly and very customer oriented. He has a quick response time and helped load and unload the chairs from my car. They definitely will be getting our business again. Kudos to their team!

  I contacted Dave last Thursday to set up an appointment for a sale that was advertised on Craigslist as "appointment only". I asked if Monday at 1 pm would work but Dave said that Monday at 2 pm would work out better. I confirmed that 2 pm would be fine. Today is Monday. I emailed Dave on Friday asking him to confirm the appointment as we live 90 minutes from the business's location and received no response. I also received no response to an email sent this morning. It took a call to his cell phone and every extension in their office before I was finally able to get Dave on the phone. It was only then that Dave said "well today might not be the best day, I have a lunch meeting and we have trucks coming in this afternoon". It's worth noting again that this is the time Dave himself proposed. If this is the way this company conducts business, I would recommend staying as far away as possible.
